Management Committee
A Management Committee has been created in May 2009 and is presided by Frédéric Vincent. Its mission consists in managing the Group, defining and directing its strategy.
Frédéric Vincent - Chairman and CEO. The Asia-Pacific Area and the Industrial and Logistics Department, to which the Purchasing Department reports, are placed under his supervision.
Frédéric Michelland - Senior Corporate Executive Vice President. The High-Voltage and Underwater Cables Business Group as well as the North America and South America Areas are placed under his supervision
Pascal Portevin - Senior Corporate Executive Vice President in charge of the Europe Area. The Middle East, Russia and Africa Area is placed under his supervision. The Information Systems Department reports to him
